Need clarification?
Does Jumbo take a percentage of sales made on platform?
No, we are happy to say we won’t touch a cent of your ticket or e-commerce sales. We were founded on the belief that you should own your audience. We want to build you a platform that allows you to monetize your audience without us taking a chunk out of those sales.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, absolutely. Talk with your success specialist if you feel like you need more whether it is ad hoc features or a whole step up in plan. They’re happy to work with you to ensure you have exactly what you need.
What are platform design hours?
Work being done-to, in or on the platform – including setup of channels, asset implementation, additional meetings, revision or QA – is considered part of ‘Platform Design’ and will deduct from your bank of Platform Design hours accordingly. Any meetings beyond your (5) included support and onboarding meetings also count towards banked hours
What is a monthly active user?
A monthly unique user is a unique user who visits one channel in one month. If you are expecting more than the allotted MAU on your platform in any given month, no problem! We’ll work with you on a discounted price if bought in advanced.
